On this Friday, the final one of the year 2023, we are reminded of the opportunity we have to come before God in prayer and worship. As we reflect on the past year and all that has taken place, let us give thanks for the blessings we have received and the ways in which God has been present in our lives.

"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever." (Psalm 118:1)

The closing of one year and the dawn of another is a perfect time to embrace new beginnings. It’s a time to shed the old – the mistakes, regrets, and missed opportunities – and to embrace the potential of what lies ahead.
